BLET Section 6 Concerning Vaccinations

Attached please find the BLE-T Section 6 notice served upon the Carrier concerning vaccinations. This follows our previous letter sent September 27, 2021, outlining that vaccinations must be bargained for by the parties and not unilaterally imposed by the Carrier.
Our office will advise further as this issue unfolds.
