For trainmen currently working on the Alliance Daily Mark (Board 55), there will be a "Sadie Hawkins Day" on March 10th. The "Sadie Hawkins Day" will operate for employees wishing to exercise their seniority to change their Rest Day assignment on the Alliance Daily Mark (Board 55).
Please submit a request listing your 7 most preferred rest days choices. If you want to keep your current rest days, you can specify that as well. Be aware, not placing a request could result in you getting "bumped" from your current rest day assignment and forced to other rest days. This request needs to be received prior to March 10th. (Be smart and do it a couple of days early, if you haven't already.)
Please submit your requests to 934members@gmail.com with "Sadie Hawkins Bid"in the subject line. Please include your full name and seniority number in the email with your preferences. If you choose, you may CC bletlocal622@gmail.com also for us to place the info into your record should any issue arise.
This is only a request to switch rest days and is not to be used to move to or from Alliance Daily Mark (Board 55)
