We are excited to announce that the NEW BLET Hospital Confinement Plan, underwritten by Sun Life, is now open for enrollment. This is a valuable benefit that provides financial support during hospital stays and complements existing health benefits by offering additional flexibility and coverage.
What is Hospital Confinement Insurance? Hospital Confinement Insurance offers benefits for hospital stays resulting from illness, accident, pregnancy/newborn complications, substance abuse, etc.. This insurance pays out benefits directly to Members, allowing them to use the funds as they see fit. It supplements any other coverage, providing extra financial protection.

Accident (ACC) Coverage: BLET Members can also enroll in the BLET Accident Insurance Plan. This coverage helps offset out-of-pocket costs associated with medical treatment resulting from accidents.
