Please note that this bid pack has all new turn numbers to prevent the bidding issues experienced in previous packs. The turn numbers of the old bid pack will not be active after this new bid pack is awarded and active.
The rotating (non-static) starts will be at 0500 - 1100 - 1700 - 2300, and the static starts at 0200 – 0900 - 1400 - 2000.
Timeline: Post 03/28/2026 for conductors and engineers, so it's available for bidding for 10 days per the local PWS agreement.
Engineer bulletins will close on 4/06/2026 at 10:00CT (9:00 MT), be awarded during the BLET batch process, and take effect then.
Conductor bulletins will close on 4/06/2026 at 11:00CT (10:00 MT), be awarded during the SMART-TD batch process, and take effect then.
The last turns of the old bid pack - engineers 6533 at 11:00 and 6594 (static turn) at 0900; the first turn on the new bid pack, 6560 at 1400 4/6/2026.
The last turns of the old bid pack - conductors 6443 at 11:00 and 6494 (static turn) at 0900; the first turn on the new bid pack, 6460 at 1400 on 4/6/2026.
Engineers should have 14 rotating jobs 6500-6513 and 16 Static jobs 6560-6575.
Conductors should have 15 rotating jobs 6400-6414 and 16 Static Jobs 6460-6475.
