Turn Swap should be turned on for the pools and extra board. PWS does not have the option for Turn Swap.

An instruction guide is attached. Those who wish to participate or make themselves available for consideration of a swap can do so in Workforce Hub.

As far as the extra Board is concerned, Alliance is one of the “Testing” terminals for it so it should work, but if there are any issues let us know immediately. 

Regarding Turn Swap; please review section IX(5) in the new Article VI and VII agreement stating: 

“Engineers who utilize turn swap and subsequently lay off (excluding pre-approved layoffs), excluding bona-fide/provable emergencies, will be shown as "laid off on call," and handled in accordance with BNSF's attendance policy.” As it stands, you will be charged points for all immediate layoffs, including paid layoffs. If you’ve been charged points for this please let one of your LC’s know immediately.
