You have 3 ways you can participate in the meeting:

1. Join us in-person at the CLC Meeting Room at 723 Flack Ave in Alliance, NE

2. Join us over Zoom Video Conference, or

3. Call in Conference Call.

Over the last few meetings we have had many members logging in without having their Full Name set up on Zoom. This makes it difficult for us to identify you, and may interrupt the meeting.

Please make sure that your Full Name is set up in your Zoom account. To check this, in the Zoom App go to Settings (Gear in upper Right Hand Corner), Then go to Profile in the menu.

If your name is not recognizable by the hosts, this could prevent you from being admitted to the meeting.

Also, if you are participating, please try to log on between 8:30 and 8:55 the morning of the meeting. We need to grant access, verify who you are, and make sure your audio is working properly. This takes a little time, especially if we have numerous participants. We ask this to insure the meeting, once started at 9:00, can proceed without interruption and in a timely manner.
